I suggest you look up the bankruptcy case in PACER, the online portal to the Federal Court System, including Bankruptcy Courts. 

I have upgraded the gating system to include keypad entry rather than RFID cards, have started integrating an online web portal for renting units as well as being able to do it over the phone.

They offer a web/mobile-based property management tool which has many different options including the ability for tenants to pay via their own web portal.

Can the solution you choose provide your tenants with an online portal to make payments or submit maintenance requests?  

They have a portal even which is a virtual world like Second Life where you can interact with colleagues and support staff .
