My criteria are not unreasonable and I will bend on certain things depending on the individual. 600+ credit (may bend depending on report), no evictions, gross combined income 3x monthly rent (verifiable), good landlord/employer reference (if possible), and general good character.

It is not unreasonable to require a cat (or dog) be vaccinated, including for rabies.
