It’s tough starting out without knowing too many people personally who invest and going on BP having to trust a stranger on the internet.

Think about this for a minute; your mom or dad dies and some stranger calls you up about buying the house they spent their life in.  

But it takes a bit more knowledge then asking strangers on the internet how to make money given carrying costs.

If I rent a house and have to put up with strangers in my back yard while I BBQ I am not paying as much as I would for a typical detached SFR. 

Yeah, I guess it's time to revisit all the arguments while folks here waste hours upon hours trying to convince strangers on the internet that their view on wholesaling is correct.   

When we were starting Airbnb and began sharing our home with strangers every night.

We all read text messages these days, even a stranger’s text..

None of this is legal, tax, or gardening advice and none of it is personalized advice as you’re all internet strangers.

At our last eviction in FL, once the neighborhood, and passing strangers, took what they wanted and all that was left was garbage (the tenant never came back), it was our responsibility to clean it up.
