It's has been a pleasure meeting you gentlemen here and I hope we will get an opportunity to meet face to face some day possibly.  

I was able to find a replacement, but the young man, while responsible and a pleasure to work with, doesn't have the experience and the same quality touch yet.We recently purchased 3 more units at the complex, bringing the total to 22 units (we'd also bought a unit last December).

@Andrew Coulton You forgot to include lead paint, asbestos popcorn ceilings/walls and disintegrating iron cast sewer pipes, among other pleasures that come with structures built prior to 1980.​As for foundation, there is more to foundation repairs than just the foundation.
