had hairs all over ..moldy wet floor and whole unit had disgusting odor!..

Hair darker on the walls, frame out the bath mirror, doesnt look like ya had much option on the kitchen sink placement, no need for the multi photo, reorganize others.

I have not asked that many but I have spent weeks combing the bigger pockets forums looking for the answers to my questions.Hoping I can help someone out along the way  I will go in detail about my first 10 transactions on my BP blog.  

However, it has a tiny single car garage, I have a two car garage, and a breezeway which is about 200 sq ft (not sure if this adds sq ft, but I have been thinking about combing this room and my kitchen to increase the sq footage).

They see a little grey hair and a few wrinkles and assume you must have been in the game a long time.

I think when I referred him to my school district website and he saw an older woman, the gray hair might have scared him off. 

The second floor apartment was larger, but kept very messy; i.e. pet hair everywhere, spilled food, and the very heavy scent of unwashed clothing/bedding and cat spray (the tenants had 3+ cats in there).

Trust me you will have your days and pull you hair out of your head moments.

Years ago, I lived on the outskirts of town, and when I'd drive my VW Bus into town. there was an old man in a black wool coat (it could be 100 outside, still the same) he had long gray hair (he looked like a character on Laugh In) and he'd be hitchhiking.
