Eviction may be an option, but only if you document piles of evidence showing craziness or you have clear threats of violence from them.

So I wouldn't put that threat in the letter you send them it will just create animosity. 

It may be that just the threat of the suit may get her to take some action.There are some potential problems with this approach but your attorney can explain that part to you.

Just be prepared to follow through with any threat you make.
