As I am driving the internal cash register we all have just simply keep ringing cha-ching......not to mention the possibility of ruining the tenants stuff.   

Repaired water damage, took out dog odor, replaced all floors, water heater, radon mitigation, finished the washer/dryer/storage room, Keypad lock, Ring doorbell, all new paint, doorknobs, repaired deck.

I have a ring device and noise sensors but I want to have peace of mind in cause Im not in the area so thinking a security company could be a good option to address if a situation escalates to a party and I can't handle remotely. 

I suggest you ring off a couple of areas you are interested in, and some local agents/ local investors can chime in and give their 2 sense on if your price range is realistic compared to what things are trading for on the market today.
