Ok guys, due to Covid I have decided to expand my remodeling and home improvement business-

For $75/hour, I will virtually walk you thru remodels, flips, maintenance/repairs, and improvements. Zoom, FaceTime, or Microsoft Teams.

I tell you what to do, and you do all the work. Serving the entire country!

Please make sure you get all materials, permits, etc.

*this is a joke but sure wish I could!

This is a great concept.  Maybe you could have a network of regional contractors for the more detailed area-specific consults.

I can think of 2 ways this would already be convenient and efficient.  I have a young out of area investor looking to buy a building of mine.  He's bringing his contractor over on like Feb 4th.   Because he doesn't have a zoom consult, he may be too late by then.

You could also build your network with retired or recently disabled contractors like my bro in law.  Excellent contractor had a sudden and traumatic stroke at 45 but still is mentally sharp.  Great thread!
