@Steven Lam, Generally, if both tenants are on the lease and one wants to move out, it might be necessary to amend the lease or draft a new agreement reflecting the change.

Hi, well the process will vary state by state, but in Florida, you have what is called "Resignation or Dissociation of Member or Manager" (the one in your state should have similar name) amendment that you snail mail/email to the state authority where you initially filed for your LLC.
