How do I update a lease with an add on tenant?
I have a tenant that was having a girlfriend live with him in my SFH and I had her apply to get added to the lease.
My question- how do I update the lease? Do I just add on an addendum or amend the lease itself?

No set rules and either will work. Just be sure all parties sign.
