Just like all very rich dont drive prius's and dress up in shabby clothing.. 

I prefer to dress casual for meetings although most of the time I am in work cloths. 

Once inside I could barely see anything as she had no lights on or bulbs and the windows were covered with black sheets, what strick me immediately though was the washing machine in center of the living room with no drainage, water was just running out on the wooden floor, the place was hot and stinky, she had no furniture of note just clothe in the corner of every room, the bathroom sink was stained with purple dye which was the color of her hair.

When your average person approaches a bank to borrow $1M+, etc to buy an apartment building, in the bank's eyes-the person is "ugly" at that point and you are like the "emperor with no clothes" if you will.  

One is a self employed contractor with a verified income of about 7x rent the other is a yoga instructor with a verified income of 3x rent.

Residents can substitute less expensive food, look for cheaper gas, clothes, buy in bulk, etc. etc. when dealing with other consumables.

The rhythmic sound of the clothes being tossed around in the dryer reminds me I need to finish packing.  

Clothes for the new baby coming (she is 6 months pregnant, due in December with our first child,) and really enjoys shopping.
