So, I'd like to find a real estate agent who: 1) Is very familiar with Indianapolis (especially in and around downtown); 2) Is fine working with a client who is buying with a family member in mind; and 3) is disability-friendly, and understands that the top priority will be buying an investment home that is/can be easily made wheelchair accessible. 

They are the equivalent of a wheelchair or grab bar or blood sugar measuring equipment for a disabled person.

With this two-unit I expect to make the lower unit wheelchair accessible but the upper-level unit is better suited to able-bodied residents, as there is no elevator.

Many managers still request it however a service animal is identical to a wheel chair and law strictly prohibits the enforcement of verification.

How about wheelchair ramps and chairlifts on the stairs?

This was for wheelchair access.Both options require me moving the current vent and supply lines.

Ours requires 60 inches circumference for a wheel chair to have clearance to turn in.

It would be similar to collecting a deposit for someone whom requires another medical device such as a wheelchair.

I now use the wheelchair and make a fake sign that says "wounded Veteran, anything helps"....is that not wrong?

You can't just drive up there or take your wheelchair.
