Indianapolis Real Estate Agent (disability-friendly)?
Hello,
I'm a potential first-time investor living in Los Angeles, and I'm considering buying a SFH (at $120K or under) in Indianapolis, as an investment to buy and hold. My situation is a bit unique, so I'm on the lookout for a great, trustworthy real estate agent who can work with my needs. Basically, I have a disabled family member in the area, and she would be the one renting the home (she's gainfully employed long-term). So, I'd like to find a real estate agent who: 1) Is very familiar with Indianapolis (especially in and around downtown); 2) Is fine working with a client who is buying with a family member in mind; and 3) is disability-friendly, and understands that the top priority will be buying an investment home that is/can be easily made wheelchair accessible. I understand that my situation has some challenges, so I'm really hoping there's an agent out there that understands/has this kind of experience. I'd love to hear recommendations for any agents that could be a good fit. Thanks!

Hey Alexandra! I'm an investor / agent in Indy. I've helped folks like you, many from the west coast navigate an out of state investment.
To your questions...
1) Is very familiar with Indianapolis (especially in and around downtown)
I grew up in the burbs of Indy but have lived in the urban corridor for 5 years and my brokerage is based out of downtown. I know the streets very well.
2) Is fine working with a client who is buying with a family member in mind
That sounds great.
3) is disability-friendly, and understands that the top priority will be buying an investment home that is/can be easily made wheelchair accessible.
Honestly, this will be my first time keeping this as a top priority, but I would love to help you with this.
