It’s probably not fair you drive a shiny new suv while the poor tenant is taking public transportation, it isn’t fair that you have new designer clothes while your tenant is wearing old Walmart clothing .

Is there a plan for public transportation to enter the neighborhood?  

Can I refinance it with IRA funds, thus pulling my unregulated cash out of the property?

So are amenities, public transportation, and the local schools on any rental property. 

I realize that there would be additional transport costs to Colorado.

Tyson chose Humbolt Tennessee for the new plant.But, I heard from that ironworker that they are dismantling a biodiesel and ethanol plant up north, transporting it to Coffeyville, and reassembling it here.

Check out the type of local retail stores and amenities and schools could make a difference as well as any school or business-related bus stops for public transportation. 

Also, as each of these containers needs to be shipped in individually (one per truck) that unless you're going to a local or regional supplier, the transportation costs will be substantial.I hope this helps.Scott
