This seems to be a solid work around as we navigate these uneasy waters.

I feel uneasy about that, and I agree I don't think they will go up anytime soon.

I'm a lot more of a Type A planner so it has me a little uneasy about how simply they are talking about how the partnership would just to be to split everything 4 ways. 

My job being my primary seed money it makes me kind of uneasy to leave and potentially lose and not be able to gain the income that I currently have.  

For mentors I'm open to offer my assistance in anyway I possibly can to be able to learn a thing or two because I would feel uneasy to leech off of someone.I would love to hear your story if you've been in a situation similar to this.   

As you might expect, HOA fees and insurance are fairly hefty and I'm pretty uneasy about how difficult it might be to rent in the off-season, but we are grossing almost $10k from renters in those first 2.5 months.

To me, it is hard to justify buying property (we only focus on multi family) at this time so it makes me uneasy to see the posts from folks saying they are ready to start investing/just bought their first place, etc.  

We get a copy of their butchered statements (because they've just been depositing into their personal account instead of a separate business one) and felt very uneasy about the second floor tenant.
