Seems like you're just a marketer working on a contract basis (not that I'm defending the program or even saying it's legitimate).

The risk is far lower, with a better ROI.OR you can consider learning about government contracts and performing lease matching. 

I am currently contracted to a large major energy company and I work a 2 week rotation in West Texas, so two weeks on and two weeks off.  

Used PSI last year, they did a bad job, the snow wasn't even bad last year and with several attempts asking them to do better within the terms of the contract, they still sucked.

They have land under contract, $2B in agreements signed so far, so that’s it really.

@Cody Ford Without having specific expenses and the 4th rent amount I can’t say for sure if I would pull the trigger on this property.

We found two contractors and the bid we received to finish the work were higher than the bid we contracted to complete the entire rehab!
