To get a feel, I would identify some Urban facilities that have gone vacant and question what services and would those companies support local suburban offices.I think your premise is correct, but like anything what is the demand and the Return potential.

Hello Trevor,Why do you give the tenants in units 2 and 3 the access to use your laundry facility?

I was concerned about the quarters becoming over loaded in between dates that I was able to visit the facility.

To add: you have a historically strong and consistent tourism presence, limited land/STR allowable areas, highly liquid property compared to selling a cabin in the woods, all 9 classes of visitors in the STR sector, and appreciation.  

Are you going to run the facility or does your cashflow account for a person to manage the place.

However, what Worcester needs is accessible housing, jobs, and shopping options.Currently, Worcester offers limited job opportunities and shopping facilities.

They are both growing rapidly and expanding their tourism segments.

If I were you I would try to pull down a 10-15 unit first.Storage facilities are an interesting topic.
