Has anyone done a house swap where a real estate investment company purchases your house and you buy theirs?

If you swap emails with someone and they agree to sign a Dotloop contract, then obviously they have agreed to conduct the transaction by electronic means.The next question is, what is my “original” when the contract was signed electronically? 

It's a couple hours of work to swap out a bathroom vanity.  

@Charlie Garner, (as an aside, when you swap between $x per month, and $x per year, it makes it harder to keep up with where you're up to with cash flow).
