as a car owner who is all electric.we are a small fraternity.. but change is happening.. and maybe the smart operator now has gas pumps and figure out high energy out put superchargers like we have for our Tesla's and Porsche is going to have theirs.But i hear ya on the 25 to 50 years back sometimes when I am in the deep south talking to one of the workers or what have you and they tell me they have never been in an airplane and many never left the state LOL.Just so foreign of a concept for many in Upwardly mobile areas

Now, for the last about 4 years, this house has since been rented out to other tenants and I am managing the property myself.Our goal is to finishing paying this house off and be able to use our own money to invest back into more properties via a HELOC (thanks @Matt Faircloth for the information on the webinar on how to accomplish this) and use the BRRRR Strategy to supercharge my success.

I like the 500 mile range that makes going camping realistic were as with my 16 X it only has 220 range which is fine for daily driving and we drive it 1000 miles to Vegas twice a year and with the super charger network it all works out fine and of course our superchargers are free so we never pay for energy..

This is simple if the smoke is leaving a stink in or around the building that is damages.The stuff they smoke now is super charge and stinks so the smell is an issue.I would explain the issue in simple terms of the stink leaving smells that will have to be treated to fix it.
