Yes, the room also has a ton of vendors who are there to pitch their services, but: 1) some people find that useful (I for example have established relationships with some of those vendors) and 2) you can avoid them if you want, and just network with the other people in the room.For the second portion of the meeting there is some quick elevator pitching by the vendors, followed by some speaking (and the speaking often has some sales pitch sprinkled in).

Hoping to sprinkle in a flip or two with a duplex. ..or two.

The floors crumble because the factory uses this sawdust-like particle board that whenever it gets wet it becomes soft - this is always replaced with plywood.  

And our lawn has sprinkle system installed even though most tenant never use it. 

Granted, these people are not under the general contractors Workmen's Comp. protection, but I would keep them on the ground just picking up picking up scrap sweeping up saw dust and shop vaccing, things like that.

I put a cup of vinegar on the top rack and ran the normal cycle.Then I sprinkled some baking soda around the bottom affected area.

Then, sand/screenings will be sprinkled and swept into the joints between the pavers, and a final round with a plate compactor will settle the pavers firmly into place.
