I tried YouTube TV, but switched to Fubo because of their emphasis on sports....Using steaming services is the way to go nowadays....!

@Emily Paul here the best places for short term would be on the East End by the universities and hospitals, North Shore by the sports stadiums/AGH, or right across the river from Downtown/Oakland like South Side and Mt.

You can always find meeting rooms at the food trough places, sports bars or eatery. :)   

Stop hanging out with your deadbeat buddies that spend all day drinking, talking sports, and otherwise wasting away.

There are buyers at that price point, such as pro sports, doctors, tech, etc.
