Also, networking with local real estate agents and attending meetups in those areas can help you find off-market deals that might not be listed online.Have you considered specific states or cities for your investment?

Or, they flip homes, they are agents, they offer client remodel work, etc, so not specifically flippers but dabble in a lot of real estate related areas.Or, the full timers that started as flippers have since moved into new construction work more than flipping. 

Insurance is a lot trickier and somewhat state specific.  

And those requirements might be different if you’re using an FHA loan or a Conventional loan.Give me a shout if you want to know more about a specific loan scenario.

I like the idea of san juan, specifically miramar, santurce, or anything 1-2km from the beach with food/entertainment really. 

I get the dreamers wanting to pay to get into development and I can see in some markets this would work were its not so intense to develop but in other markets ( and I am sure the Guru just takes your money and does not get into  market specifics) 99% of the folks buying this will never do  anything with it.. it takes decades to figure this out or U need to be with a BIG firm that has millions upon millions behind them..

Even if the specific booking is not from Airbnb, the entitlement is permeating the market in general.I do like how pretty much all of the OTA's offer trip insurance.
