I’ve spent the last couple of months soaking in as much as I can from the forums and the podcasts.

There is a lot of information out there so i am taking my time to learn and my plan is to spend the rest of the year reading, learning, getting my finances on track to invest and soaking up as much knowledge as i can.

I have thoroughly enjoyed learning from him, as well as helping him out in all the ways I have been able to.I have been listening to the podcast for about a year now, as well as reading books on real estate to soak up as much knowledge as possible.

I think I’m in “sponge” mode, where I’m soaking up everything I can get my hands on.

Yes actually this is awesome, soak in every bit of information you can, read books, and listen to podcast, ask questions even dumb ones, yes there are dumb questions I have asked them.

I am brand new to real estate and hoping to soak up as much as I can.
