New Dallas/Fort Worth member
Hello,
My name is Jay Powell and I currently reside in Dallas, Texas. I am from Joplin, Missouri. I read Rich Dad Poor Dad like a lot of people which led me to these forums.
I am brand new to real estate and hoping to soak up as much as I can. I do work in the roofing industry and know a ton of roofing contractors which if you need a recommendation for some I have several. I have started the pod casts and have been lurking the forums for around a month. Hoping to use Bigger pockets to network and gain knowledge from other members. My goals are to househack my first property in the DFW area then move to out of state investing. Possibly Missouri and Arkansas since I am from those areas and have family that live close to those areas. I am interested in duplexes/triplexes, and multifamily properties.
