I got sidetracked while making offers in Houston and purchased something elsewhere but it continues to be on my radar as an area I would invest in the future.

@Aaron Mazzrillo - not to side track this thread (because it's a good one), but i'm just wondering how you verbally deliver your "ridciulously low offers".

Not to get side tracked, but you are pushing deals all over your profile and in the marketplace without the appropriate account.

I appreciate the insight provided, though it got kind of side tracked; my question was about techniques when selling yourself and being approached by a buyer's agent. 

You might want to ride Manuel a little bit harder for he gets side-tracked some times, so just reming him of what you need!

One question (and sorry to sidetrack the original question): why do you refer to these charges as "additional rent"?

I used do we don't get sidetracked by the seller financing averse crowd.The fun begins when you discuss and negotiate the payments, including start date, interest, if any, and other fun clauses.
