Hello everyone, just a liitle note to say HI to all of you at biggerpockets. I've been enjoying your posts since weeks ago and until today decided to network with you all. I'm kind of a fan of postings from ********** and REI... sharp and smart guys that know the REO business.

I am licensed Realtor in California, Investor and Developer. Also a former commercial loan officer.
