Hello,my name brent ask anybody if know how to remove the evict my record or do I need get one attorney or where I can get apt where they accept my record evict but I didn't bring drugs weed in the property landlord but only high but my old roommate report to landlord that I am high that time but not bring drugs or report to police without no proof screen why I am on evict for no reason that I not bring drugs in the house what can do?

My biggest concern is finding good roommates/renters and dealing with bad actors and squatters. 

Then find a good property manager and realtor to work with.As others mentioned, you could also buy a place for yourself and rent out a suite or rooms (if you are open to having roommates).

Well I moved in and got roommates, I made the error of giving them my number so now I get a text with complaint for any small thing.

Legally she's just a roommate anyway.Just don't combine 'partners' and a househack 👍

With the Bay Area home if could get roommates in my cash flow would increase significantly (I'm renting to family members...long story but they're open to having compatible roommates).
