These are factored into the mix.In the future, I will suggest that you request a move-out report along with pictures and/or video on what needs to be taken care of. 

I have had previous requests for help with this situation, and that's the advice I consistently offer.

They will have proof you requested the service, so as long as the charge is reasonable it should stand up in court if you tried to evict for nonpayment or something like that.
