It was already in nice condition, I just took care of a few maintenance/repairs and purchased a refrigerator.

Carpet at entry points, typically the living room.Second is probably storm doors and window screens in my neck of the woods.Third would be shelves, crisper drawers, or door bars in refrigerators.

I have picked up $1600 refrigerators for $500 and all the damage is to the back side that was not even seen.

They will only remember your face and your love (well and the refrigerator box one year that was more fun than any of the Christmas presents). 

This is the cause of a refrigerator failing to cool quite often.

A oil fired boiler , a water conditioning system , an oil fired hot water heater , a 4 zone mini split  system , 2 sump pumps , a refrigerator and the stove .

So things like not picking certain materials early, making sure that certain jobs didn't happen too early (like painting) and mapping out layouts so that we don't have to reconfigure a space because the refrigerator was too big.      

He stated that the schrader tube where it was soldered and the refrigerant was running through was cracked and would need to be replaced.

No it's not a multi family home, however it does have a full size refrigerator, cupboards, microwave and sink (full wet bar) in the basement.

I am estimating that there is still about $5500 worth of work to complete the project plus the dishwasher, refrigerator and some bathroom items (that I have already paid for).The gentleman and I still have a relationship and he is paying for a guy to come work when he can afford it (telling me he is building mobile homes for $12/hr during the day and managing the night shift at McDonald's to cover bills and my work).
