@George Kopp I have not seen anyone mention, or any consideration of alternative privacy options than blinds.There is some amazing items, for very cheap, that a person can find online now that is rather easy to apply to glass that can make it obscure, obscure with patterns, recreate stained glass that's obscure, prismatic to make some rather cool light affects.

You DONT need to stay here forever and "Hate Life", as you can move out and recreate shortly after.

Recreational activities like Public transportation, theaters, restaurants, parks and trails are all good amenities.

I would hate to recreate the wheel if someone out there has a viable product.

I probably value my time to much tbh.Fourth My Relationships the sum is greater then individual parts I couldn't be where I am at 23 with out my mentors and friends that have lifted me up along the way.Fifth My Knowledge Its one of two things no one can take from me and can recreate the success I may lose in the future.I believe that the last three are the most basic components to building real wealth but with out the first two there is no reason to push and grow all success would fill dead and hollow.Your turn guys!

For example, a resort style park with seasonal senior tenants will usually have recreational activities and courts, pool and spa, clubhouse with bathrooms and showers, laundry, and manicured landscaping, which all have an impact on expenses.

Now business travel to China is pretty shut down and recreational travel to China will take an initial hit but unless this spreads to the US in a big way we won't see a big hit. 

They want to drive out oil and gas, they embraced gun control and chased off gun manufacturers, legalized recreational marijuana, they coddle illegal immigrants...it's just a matter of time before it turns hard blue.
