Can't believe I've been reading Rich Dad books for years before ever hearing about Bigger Pockets via David Greene books (BRRRR and Long-Distance RE Investing).

BP is the right place to connect with RE people. 

Hi Greg,I just want to reiterate what Marcus and Nicholas have said.If you are really interested in getting into RE investing and small multifamily then you don't need a course or mentor. 

Go to local meetups, search these forums for people that have mentioned that they do private lending and attend other RE events.

I've held onto it mostly because of the appreciation and great tenant.My main goal with RE is using it as a store of wealth and passing it onto my kids.  

This will hopefully be a monthly meeting of high vibe RE investor folks to learn from each other and have community, everyone is welcome.

Question: I'm an agent trying to deal with an owner on a small commercial prop says once a buyer signs LOI they can get any relevant leases do their due diligence as well as do their inspection before going to contrac...

We plan to share ownership of the property as I am going to invest my money into developing (building a Detached ADU in the back) and re-modeling the property so that we can collectively sell it for a profit.

I find new lending opportunities by networking at local RE Meetups, Training Classes and real estate functions.   

I can't give a tutorial re how to originate a note today, selling a house with financing in just one post.
