I’ve used public records in Texas to identify estates in transition.

At first glance, it seems title just wants you to be a member-manager which hopefully is an OA modification (not public) that can be amended back later if you want to for whatever reason.  

Often times this data isn't made public so some calls have to be made, but for us it's an indication whether or not there's a trend of investments being made in an area.

I’m not looking to be an active/public realtor, just need a place to hold my license.For context, I currently hold an active HI real estate license in good standing and have strong networks on both Molokai and Maui.

Your in the club espeically MF.. if you get teh license and can work for a commerical brokerage you are going to get looks at deals WAAAAY before most of the public.. heres how it goes in commerical brokerage.. first the agent trys to sell to his clients.
