I would also let them know you will cancel the lease to save them from being subjected to whatever is really bothering them.Only concern is they might hit you with some medical bills saying one of them has a lung infection, feeling eye irritation, coughing, shortness of breath, and asthma symptoms and holding you responsible, hoping you will write a fat check in exchange for some sort of hold harmless papers.

Part of my irritation is that the city has no problem dragging me or the rental owner into court to waste my time because a tenant violated city ordinance.The city is frustrated by the lack of respect for property and neighborhood exhibited by the class of tenant that that their city attracts, and they want to blame the landlord for this condition.

I read off my own "teaching copy" of the list, which has presentation notes attached.The majority of my tenants come to me with the past experience of having multipage leases in small print thrown at them for the first time on the day of the signing as the property manager or bumbling amateur landlord waits, sighing irritably and checking their watch, if the tenant should have the temerity to actually try to read the document.

he called me the next day and likely assumed that i hadnt checked yet or needed money so bad he didnt care, it was worth a shot, i didnt say anything to him about the bad card i acted normal so hed meet me. i was stupid and met him at my place, he handed me the card and i reached in my pocket and handed him the bad card and said were even see ya.. he bitched and moaned for awhile then started threatening me - i was already irritated so long story short there was a fight and he stabbed me.
