For now, I will continue to educate myself on the various facets of real estate investing. 

I'm a big proponent of learning from experienced people in all facets of life, so I encourage any scrutiny/advice to my current plans.

Also looking to network with people in all facets of the real estate industry, learn, grow, help and support in any way that I can.

Im starting a multi-faceted Direct Mail approach focusing on a few select neighborhoods near where I live.

The program was modified in April 2015 and many facets of it are quite different today. 

I have been involved in many facets of RE for the past 30 years from small rehab projects as a general contractor to a commercial property conversion of a summer rental cottage colony into a homeowners association.

This is a great forum and I am sure it will help you learn many facets of the real estate investment world.

There are just too many different facets and investment strategies just in the stock market where some are in and out of a position in a matter of minutes, hours, days, weeks, months and if you are talking years, maybe you missed the whole point.
