Hello BP Community,

My name is Tatyana Shevnina and I live in Los Gatos, CA. I found BP by searching for a real estate investment podcast after hearing a few real estate investors on another podcast and wanting to learn more.

 I'm a tax preparer, specializing in personal income taxes, with prior experience in the workers' comp industry.

I'm also an accidental landlord. Last year, I rented out my former primary residence -- a condo in San Francisco. Now, almost a year later and with some equity finally built up, I'm ready to start looking at what I can do next to grow one condo into a buy and hold  portfolio. BP has been absolutely invaluable in getting the brainstorming started.
