Hi @DongHui Patel, I currently self manage, I dont have experience with any of the property management firms in BB, I have only seen/heard what others experience have been, and concluded that self managing is the best route to go, and if you must have a property mgmt, do go with somebody that are not managing hundreds of STRs.

Hi @Romy PatelI would keep the deposit as well,  once the property is rented you could then go after them and try to collect the funds you are due.
