Anyone Know A Helpful FHA Lender?

I'm having trouble with a small bank in Georgia approving an FHA loan for a duplex that's currently under contract. I'm active duty in the military and I don't think that the underwriter has dealt with many military situations. The duplex is near my home of record and if there's anyone that knows a good competent fha lender please let me know!
