Hey all,I am a 18 year old from the west midlands in the United kingdom trying to educate myself on Real estate.

I was born and raised in Memphis, TN, but London, United Kingdom is home now.

Now that my contractor tore into the walls, the wall cavities across the entire wall are filled with what appears to be a big mushroom.

I am a new real estate agent just starting out and my partner owns a small mushroom farm.

I’m under contract on a property now and my inspector told me a white substance I had in one area was mold but the specialist I had in today told me mine was actually a mushroom and the only way to get rid of it was lime.

Goals:  1) Move to a larger property (acreage) somewhere in central or western Virginia to use as our primary residence (out from under the 'mushroom cloud', in the event of WWIII)2) Build our passive income through rental property3) Maximize realized gains from rapidly growing equity in current propertyChallenges:  We currently live in the property, and having been doing most of the renovations ourselves (with permits, inspections, etc.) -- but realize that we might not be able to finish the renovations with enough time to take advantage of higher values.
