@Chinmay J.1927, I replaced the original wood windows in the upper unit, all the knob and tube that was left in the house, and refinished most of the original hardwoods, I had to patch some of the floors with new pine because it was termite damaged.

When I purchased the property, the pine trees were swaying in the wind, the skies were beautiful, blue, and the stream running from the mountains past my house was calm and beautiful. when I moved in it was raining, the stream was overflowing, and the pastor was flooding.

The biggest concern that I have is that we can't ask anything from applicants with a dog or miniature horse as their service animal, even if the dog is one of the vicious breeds not covered under insurance.
