You don't need a college degree to make great money and college is pretty much a scam in any major except the STEM related ones.I'd highly recommend he learn how to sell first, read books on sales, go to Sam's Club/CostCo and buy gum or candy and upsell it at school to kids and make money that way, start a landscaping business, sell anything and learn how to sell well, then start trying to sell stuff online and figure out what it is that you have a passion for that you can sell and provide value to people's lives.

@Matthew Rembish As you see, there are several methods, you will soon find out that one method that works with one adhesive will not work with the other, "hard" adhesives will not peel with steam instead, crack that means that you are peeling like 1/8" rocks adhered to the wall, some also peel like bubble gum stuck on the wall after steaming, etc etc.

As far as other materials and tools dry wall putty (touch up paint) caulk Roofing MASTIC <--- this is a must for roof maintaining Also bring garbage bags and a long hose if you dont have one.
