I recently bought my first property and was quickly introduced to all of the intricacies of owning and managing a home!

I learned two things from this transaction. 1) Not all lenders even know this is an option. 2) it is very helpful to find a lender that is very familiar with the intricacies of a VA loan. 

What I've learned is that making the offer is that tipping point to actually getting into the intricacies of a deal.

Those areas are more suited to local investors only that understand the intricacies of those small towns and how to still stay profitable as an investor in the tough times.Strong suburban to urban core in major metros tend to feel the affect less then the outlining areas except for appreciation only type driven markets that can have larger swings in value.Quality assets in quality locations is key.

But other folks may not understand all the intricacies surrounding what the law says on the topic of security deposits and liquidated damages.

To maximize returns and limit risk, there are many different intricacies which will help you in building and executing on your strategy.

Every market has their own intricacies and it is important to understand what potential costs there may be when it comes to the local municipality.
