Hello everyone,

My name is Marcus and I am a 27 year old new investor from Arizona and I'm here to learn more about real estate investing! I recently bought my first property and was quickly introduced to all of the intricacies of owning and managing a home! I now see how real estate can be a great investment for wealth building, if you're smart about it. Which has brought me here, I am excited and eager to learn all that I can from a community of like-minded individuals!
