This I am willing to compromise on.Do you think you can code a database in Access that will work with QB pro??

I am pretty good at Excel and an expert in Access.

At least near me, which is my limited experience with them, most of those land areas are too inaccessible to be developed more than a 20 ac lot thats completely off grid.

For those of you that own properties out of state, or that are relatively inaccessible to your primary residence, how do you deal with repairs and maintenance?

Sure there is no recorded easement, road vacation, something that caused the land to be inaccessible at some point after subdivision?

Generally if I am inaccessible I send the tenants a note with a number reminder of who to call.

I have to respectfully disagree with a few of the comments related to the inaccessibility of commercial or the need to have a lot of cash.

Depending on your area, Degree of difficulty in access and the quality of the materials being installed, it could be more of less.

Some of what was found:- glass in front of both crawl spaces (seemingly intentional)- all of the meters were spray painted over- some rooms were inaccessible due to the amount of trash/furniture in the way- registered sex offender on the propertyThankfully, we walked away.
