I hope to have a few days in Oct to get there and meet some folks that can do the work but last time I tried this in July, I had 5 GCs lined up to meet me over a 2 day time span I was in the atea and none of them showed up wasting my time and ultimately stalling the projects.  

Talking to tenants like this is usually a waste of time since they will only try to play the landlord and stall the process.

They have a team of analyst who will be reviewing the numbers and often times do a bit of horses trading with you during the negotiations.

  ( PS EXTREME HOARDER ended up having to bulldoze the entire home LOL)so fast forward to now.. she wont sign.. she goes dark we notice here for 6 months then finally file suit. that takes a year or more to get to a trier of fact ( judge).. she stalls twice more.. and on the day of trial she is a no show

The guy is a work horse and knows the business inside and out.
