I’ve informed my tenants that a portion of their rent will be donated to the Black lives Matter movements and they are ecstatic.Giving money is a fake "look at what I'm doing' "aren't I enlightened" sad joke.Do what I did and spend 5 years volunteering and teaching black kids Reading, Writing and Arithmetic.
