After applying it,it would harden into a clear transparent shell, meaning you can damage the shell , but it would be tough to damage the wood.

Tile can move like that if you walk on it before the thin set is hardened but you would see the movement follow the traffic pattern.

Then it began to change at some point years in, to a no worries approach, and even a firm acceptance and confidence that I had a very strong product and, barring an local economic collapse, I will have far more qualified applicants than units every time...Plus, I now look forward to getting in to survey and improve units, hardening them, and a chance to do the painting, deep cleaning, and into all the nooks and crannies, and wear points, with no people, pets, permission.

Every property we've been interested in in our area in the last two months is gone before we can look at it, seems hard to get ahold of a good deal, because we take longer to run numbers than hardened investors - so it seems like we only have time to evaluate the properties passed on by "blood hound" investors like you who can sniff out a good deal, and pass on something like this.
