Financially it only makes sense to invest remote if you have a sufficiently large economic delta between the market you live/work and Milwaukee.

I live in the Tyler, TX area, but I hold my mortgage licenses in Pennsylvania and Texas.

He lives locally, is very responsive.

A few other things I'm considering;- I don't need the extra cash flow to live and am just approaching it to remove the high mortgage interest, but also hedge risk that the current stocks might tank in a few years.- Could take all current cash flow and a few thousand a year to pay off the property in 5-10 years.- Hold for a bit and 1031 into something else but am fairly confident there is not much appreciation to come on this property.

I currently live in Butte, Mt but plan on moving to Phoenix, Az for 6 months out of the year.

I know becoming a part time agent is one way, but where we live in south Florida seems to be overfilled with agents and I don't think its a great fit for us right now. 

Although I don’t have experience in house flipping yet, I’ve successfully run a construction business back home.Due to the war, my family and I had to search for a new place to live.

I currently live in WA state and invest out of state for buy and holds.

Especially if you built something to rent or live in. 

P.S; We live in Wilmington NC so both markets would be "long distance" P.S.P.S there are no reasonably priced multi family properties local to us.
