The market for those is pretty crazy right now but I was thinking they’d be 2 bed 800-900 sqft ranch style homes, which I think is no longer a tiny house lol.I love the idea I think it’s more than just a fad, but I don’t have any experience or advice to offer since I never actually got past the idea stage on this one. 

Not that bad but the overall look is...well lets say a champagne budget with a beer diet "look".

The glitz glamor and drama of the retail world are where decisions are made on fads and a pool of sappy emotions - none of which are factors in my buying criteria.

So its hard to go on that much of a diet.

Every morning she wakes up telling herself she is going to exercise and stick to her diet.

I would also be afraid that it would be a fad or generational thing.

I agree wholeheartedly with the schmoozing, I've been schmoozing my park managers for years ... but usually with Greenies instead of Brownies :-) Helps them stay on their diets!

Maybe I'm too much of a dreamer.I remember when Lending Club was announcing FolioFN and more than a few were writing it off as a fad or feature that would soon die.

But I think we need to change up her diet.
