Small and tiny house development

Recently I have become excited with finding affordable options for comfortable and practical living. Tumbleweed Tiny Homes are popular in California. I think Texas is the state with the most opportunity with a growing demographic of single professionals, empty nesters and couples that would be thrilled to not have a high rent by living in a small house sharing community space. I am coming at this as an entrepreneur. I am Interested in talking with people who understand the vision.

Hi @Shay Reynolds, I understand your vision, but I think that city ordinances regulating house size are going to be a big barrier in the places that these folks want to live.  Have you looked into that?
