The other type of agent is one who creates a lot of content around the property using various forms of media (professional photographer, videographers, drones, street renders, etc) and then they take that content and use effective marketing strategies to target specific buyers who may be looking for that property in or out of that area (watch out for the agents with good looking photos and videos but have no idea what to do with it when they get it).
